NSW Treasury releases new Outcome Budgeting policy

The NSW Treasury has release the new policy and guidelines addressing outcome based budgeting. It aims to define how outcomes-based budgeting is applied in the NSW government sector, including the application of the Outcome Budgeting Framework. NSW government agencies will be required to collect and report certain supporting information and ensure the performance measurement monitoring is incorporated into financial monitoring procedures.

The policy can be found on the NSW Treasury website here
